The tsuami is coming

We are not prepared for a tsunami of homeless people. This image represents the utter helplessness or people who are disabled or young. The anonymous shoppers go about their business, oblivious to the danger descending on them. She and the child are already in the water and they can’t escape without help. The greatest leveller is disasters beyond human intervention. But adequate housing can be provided and will be provided when society regards this as a basic human right. However, to do so, housing as legal tender will have to be abandoned first.
