Flowers grow in unlikely places

Some flowers thrive in unlikely places and some don’t. In a post apocalyptic world, species toughtened by harsh conditions will thrive whilst those needing more tender care will wither. Of all species, human babies need the most care. Humans do not reach maturety for nearly two decades which is a long time for caregivers to remain focussed on the task of providing an optimal environment for their baby’s growth. Meeanwhile, any disturbance to the environment will impact first on them so they may wither and die. It’s time society understood what’s important in the great scheme of things.
